Espresso – a classic in its strongest version. 30 ml of intense coffee from the best beans, served with water and a small cookie – just like in Italy. A short sip, plenty of character. Looking for a proper espresso in Grochów? Drop by Grochowska Pobudka.
Doppio – twice as much power. Double espresso (approx. 55–60 ml) with a dense aroma and clear crema. We serve it with water and a cookie for crunching – so that the coffee has its moment. This is a choice for those who like the real deal. And a fun fact? Doppio is the favorite drink of baristas – because one espresso is often not enough. Drop by for a doppio at Grochowska Pobudka, in the heart of Grochów.
Small americano - this is 60 ml of espresso poured directly onto 120 ml of hot water. Thanks to this, the coffee remains aromatic but milder in taste – ideal when you want something black but not as strong as an espresso.
Large americano – more water, the same character. Large americano - this is 60 ml of espresso added directly to 240 ml of hot water. Thanks to this, the coffee retains the aroma and depth of espresso but becomes milder and ideal for longer sipping. A classic for those who like it when coffee lasts longer than a moment.
Small latte – a classic on soft notes. 30 ml of espresso and 270 ml of milk create a duo that calms instead of stimulates. Mild, creamy, and ideal for a peaceful start to the day – best with a piece of homemade apple pie. Because at Grochowska Pobudka, coffee is not a rush, it's a ritual.
Large latte – more milk, more peace. 60 ml of espresso and 340 ml of milk create a coffee ideal for longer sipping. Creamy, mild, and relaxing – good for a conversation, reading, or just a moment for yourself.
Flat White – a classic from the Antipodes that landed in Grochów. Flat White is the Australian-New Zealand answer to the question: "How to make coffee with milk have character?". This is a drink for those who want more than a latte, but not as intense as an espresso. Two shots of espresso and velvety frothed milk – simple but original. At Grochowska Pobudka we make Flat White so that it isn't just "trendy," but truly good. You can drink it here with a cake baked on-site, during a breakfast that stays in your mind for a long time, or simply – when you want a wake-up call with class.
Espresso with a bit of frothed milk that gently balances the intensity of the coffee without killing its character. Ideal for those who value strong coffee but are looking for a more delicate finish. In our café, it pairs perfectly with one of the cakes baked on-site.
Double espresso with a bit of frothed milk that gently changes the intensity of the coffee flavor without dominating its strong character. For those who love espresso but prefer a slightly milder milky accent. Perfect for a morning breakfast at Grochowska Pobudka, accompanied by our fresh pastry.
Latte macchiato (small) – delicacy with character. In a small latte macchiato, everything happens in the reverse order than you think. First milk – 270 ml, warm, fluffy, like a Sunday morning – and only then espresso, 30 ml of a proper coffee dot over the "i". It is this order that creates the characteristic layers and ensures the coffee does not dominate, but subtly marks its presence. This is a choice for those who prefer mild but not boring coffee. Ideal for breakfast or a cake straight from our oven. Yes, we bake ourselves – and we don't do it just on holidays.
Latte macchiato (large) – more milk, more of a moment. A large latte macchiato is a coffee for those who don't like to rush. 340 ml of milk and 60 ml of espresso are proportions created for long sipping during a conversation, a book, or simply – during a morning that doesn't want to get going. First milk, then espresso – this is how that classic layering is created, which always impresses, even if we pretend it no longer moves us. Here you get it from beans that really have flavor, not just caffeine. And when you add a piece of cake from our kitchen to it... well, the day will make itself.
Cortado (small) – coffee that speaks briefly and to the point. Cortado is the Spanish answer to the question: "What if coffee was perfectly balanced?". 30 ml of espresso and 30 ml of hot milk – that's enough to soften the intensity without taking away the character. Nothing more, nothing less. This is a drink for those who like clear coffee but without exaggeration. Small size, great content – like a good saying or a short nap that works. Here we serve cortado with the same focus with which we bake our cakes – because in simplicity you see the most.
Cortado (double) – twice as good. Sometimes one is not enough. That's why cortado in the double version is 60 ml of espresso and 60 ml of hot milk – the proportions stay, the flavor multiplies. The coffee has its voice here, but the milk doesn't drown it out. It's still a drink for those who value balance, only more so. This is a choice for connoisseurs who are not looking for foam or icing – only well-made coffee with character. Ideal for a morning when you need to get moving, but still with class. Best in a duo with our excellent breakfast. Because why not?
Drip coffee (small) – 180 ml of pure Arabica and peace. This coffee doesn't need fireworks. 100% Arabica, brewed by the drip method, 180 ml of flavor that doesn't try for special effects – just well-made coffee. No milk, no foam, no rush.
Quick drip from Moccamaster (300 ml) – a classic that doesn't waste time. Not every coffee has to be a philosophy. Sometimes you just need a proper mug – 300 ml, solidly brewed Arabica, without gimmicks, but with character. Moccamaster does what it does best: extracts what's most important from fresh beans, and does it quickly, evenly, and honestly. This is coffee ideal for mornings that don't want to start on their own. Or afternoons that need to be grabbed by the collar. Here always freshly ground, brewed with care, but without unnecessary ceremony. The kind after which a person remembers why they like coffee.
Drip coffee 400 ml – classic in a large format. If 300 ml is just a warm-up for you, we have something more substantial. 400 ml of drip from Moccamaster is coffee for those who need a longer moment with a mug in hand. Brewed from 100% Arabica, maintaining ideal proportions and temperature, so the taste is full but not overwhelming. Moccamaster ensures that every drop is in its place – without rushing, but also without unnecessary dragging. This is coffee that accompanies you when you want to stop but not fall asleep.
Small cappuccino – Italian classic in Grochów. At Grochowska Pobudka we prepare a small cappuccino according to a traditional recipe: 30 ml of espresso and 120 ml of hot, frothed milk. This is a coffee that combines the intense flavor of espresso with delicate milk foam. Ideal when you feel like something aromatic but light. Fun fact: the name cappuccino comes from the color of the habits of Italian Capuchin monks. Looking for a real cappuccino in Grochów? Drop by Grochowska Pobudka.
Large cappuccino – more flavor and milk foam! A large cappuccino at Grochowska Pobudka is a proposition for those who want to enjoy the taste of coffee for longer. We brew it on a double espresso (60 ml) and add 240 ml of milk with delicate foam – classic proportions, only in a larger size. It is a coffee that warms and stimulates – great for a walk around Grochów or for work. Fun fact: cappuccino gained popularity in Italy as early as the 1930s, but today it is drunk all over the world – including in Warsaw's Grochów. Visit Grochowska Pobudka for a large cappuccino with character.

Iced Latte – coffee that doesn't need a fever. Iced latte is the answer to the question: "Maybe something cold, but with character?". Espresso meets cold milk and ice here – without pretense, without foam, but with class. When the thermometer shows too much and you don't want to give up proper coffee, this is the one that does the job. Here, espresso is brewed from fresh beans, milk (classic or plant-based) is always well chilled, and the ice crunches as it should. The layers do their part, but the taste stays longer. And yes – you can add syrup, but you don't have to. The coffee defends itself.
Iced Americano (small) – coffee that doesn't pretend to be someone else. 60 ml of double espresso, ice, and cold water. A total of 180 ml of pure black coffee that doesn't need milk, syrup, or foam to make an impression. This is a drink for those who like the taste of coffee as it is – just in a cold version. At Grochowska Pobudka we make iced americano without shortcuts – from good beans, freshly brewed espresso, and water chilled so that the ice isn't just there for decoration. The effect? Refreshment with character, ideal for hot days or when you need a wake-up call without pretense.
Iced Americano (large) – black coffee at full throttle. A large iced americano is 300 ml of cool, expressive pleasure. Double espresso, ice, and cold water in proportions that don't dilute the flavor, only carry it further. This is a coffee that says: "sure, it can be cold, but without compromises". Here prepared fresh, without ready-mades and without sweeteners. If you like it when coffee tastes like coffee – but refreshes like lemonade – you're in the right place. Excellent for heat, to take for a walk around Grochów, or for a long morning at a table with a view of people.
Frappe – coffee that doesn't rush, but makes an impression. Frappe is a classic in a summer edition, but with our approach: we blend double espresso, ice, and milk until the whole thing becomes creamy, smooth, and properly stimulating. No powder foams, no shortcuts – just good coffee and a proper swirl in the blender. This is a drink for those who want to feel the coffee, but without the fever. Cool, milky, but with a clear espresso in the background – ideal when you need to wake up, but with class and peace. Here frappe is not a dessert, but if you want to add a bit of vanilla or caramel... we won't protest.
Cold brew – coffee with distance and character. At Grochowska Pobudka, cold brew is not a coincidence from the fridge. It is cold-macerated coffee from India that matures slowly so the taste is perfectly even and smooth. No acidity, no rush – instead with a pleasant, refreshing finish. But beware – a surprise awaits at the end. A subtle note of chili that appears out of nowhere and disappears before you can say "oh, interesting". This is exactly how this coffee is: cool by nature, but with a fiery accent. Ideal when you need something unusual but not exaggerated. And yes, it goes well with cake – although it tastes best solo, on a summer day, by an open window.
Tonic espresso – coffee that has a bubble and a flash. An unusual combination? And very well. Our tonic espresso is a double espresso combined with tonic and a bit of fresh juice – lemon or orange, depending on the day and mood. The effect? Refreshment that awakens not only the body but also curiosity. This is a drink with claws: sparkling, slightly bitter, with a citrus twist and a clear coffee note. It is drunk slowly because every sip tastes a bit different. Here it's not an internet fad – it's a permanent point of the summer repertoire that has as much style as content.
Double Frost – frozen coffee with a double effect! Double Frost is a coffee that starts from the end. Instead of classic ice cubes – frozen cubes of freshly brewed espresso. Instead of quick dilution – slow release of flavor. We pour cold milk (classic or plant-based) over the whole thing, which gently envelopes this coffee base. With every sip, the espresso dissolves, and the drink changes flavor – it starts subtly, ends with a claw. Ideal proposition for summer when you want something refreshing but with a clear coffee soul. This is coffee for those who like something to happen – but without unnecessary fuss.
Black Red White (BRW) – tonic espresso our way, without half-measures. Our Pobudka invention, meaning coffee that didn't come here for decoration. It starts like a classic – soda water. But instead of ordinary tonic, we throw in something we make ourselves: an intense, herbal decoction of quinine – it's that "something" that makes a tonic a tonic. Then blackcurrant juice, which adds depth and a bit of tart sweetness, and finally – doppio. Because it's still coffee. The effect? Layered, complex, refreshing, and slightly feisty. Black like espresso, red like currant, white like the foam at the beginning – hence the name. BRW doesn't pretend to be for everyone. But if you like coffee with character and aren't afraid of new flavors, you've hit the mark perfectly.

Mocha Latte – coffee that has a weakness for chocolate. Doppio, hot milk, and real, melted chocolate – not syrup, not powder, only the one that really makes a difference. Mocha latte is a meeting of two worlds: coffee with character and chocolate that doesn't have to prove anything. It's not a dessert in a mug, but a coffee that knows how to be sweet without losing its claw. Here always with proper espresso and a creamy texture – ideal for cold mornings, an afternoon reset, or when you just feel like something good and not too sweet.
Caramel Latte – soft coffee with a light smile. This is a classic latte with the addition of caramel that doesn't dominate but completes. Double espresso, smoothly frothed milk, and caramel syrup that gives the whole thing velvetiness and a slightly sweet finish – one that doesn't oversweeten the day, just warms it up a bit. Caramel latte is the choice when you feel like something familiar but with a little "oh, how pleasant". Here always on fresh espresso, with a balance between milk and coffee – not a dessert, not black coffee, just something in between. A wake-up call in the "not all at once" version.
Winter Latte – coffee that smells like winter but warms like summer under a blanket. This isn't just a latte with gingerbread spice. This is our winter interpretation of a classic: double espresso, milk, and homemade cinnamon syrup that doesn't hit the nose but pleasantly envelopes. Plus a caramelized orange – slightly bitter, slightly sweet, fire-roasted. Winter Latte is coffee that tastes like a break moment when the snow falls silently and you sit with a mug of something warm and fragrant. It is cozy.
Pumpkin Spice Latte – autumn that really tastes like autumn. Here without shortcuts: homemade pumpkin purée, homemade gingerbread syrup, double espresso, and milk, frothed and layered like in a proper latte macchiato. Nothing from a bottle, nothing shortcut – everything made on-site, with tenderness and without exaggeration. This is coffee that smells like baked cake, tastes like a warm walk through Grochów, and looks so good you can eat it with your eyes. Pumpkin doesn't dominate, it just plays on the team with spices and espresso. The effect? A smooth, complex, and truly seasonal drink that takes autumn seriously – but with a wink.
Malevich Latte – black coffee in a completely different sense. Inspiration? "Black Square" by Kazimir Malevich. In the cup: a latte with added activated charcoal, which gives the drink a deep, velvety blackness – not just in appearance, but in character. Plus a classic doppio and milk, frothed as it should be. It doesn't taste like a pharmacy – it tastes like coffee, just with a distinct twist. Delicate earthiness in the background, pleasant bitterness, and an unusual texture make this a latte that isn't for everyone... and very well. Malevich Latte is a choice for those who like something more in coffee than caffeine. Aesthetics, taste, and a bit of coffee applied art.
Pink-coffee-milky heaven in your mouth. Research has shown that rose water has an antidepressant effect - maybe because it preserves the aroma of a hot summer. You know, a summer somewhere by the sea, where at the edge of a God-forgotten village, an almost wild pink bush grows by an old fence. Fluffy bumblebees buzz and weave around it, and the bush itself smells so, so fragrant in the standing heated air that it involuntarily pulls you off your bike. You approach, enchanted, and inhale. And that's exactly how this coffee smells: of roses, sun, sea, and happiness.
Golden Latte – coffee that has a warming character and a golden temperament. Here not from powder and not sweet – only double espresso, milk, and turmeric with a bit of spices that do the job: warm, sharpen, and leave a pleasant, slightly spicy finish. Zero syrups, no tricks – everything natural. This is coffee for those who want something more than a latte and something different than a classic flat white. Golden color? From turmeric. Flavor? Complex and balanced – coffee plays the lead here, but turmeric adds depth and character. It doesn't pretend to be a health shot, but it definitely has its power.
White Mocha Latte – the light side of the force, but with caffeine. This is a latte for those who like sweetness, but not exaggeration. Made on double espresso and milk, with the addition of real white chocolate – not syrup, not powder, only a bar that dissolves exactly where it should: in hot milk and doppio. White Mocha Latte is smooth, creamy, and gently vanilla, with a clear espresso in the background. It tastes like a good childhood memory but with an adult ending. Here made honestly, without tricks – just coffee, milk, and chocolate that get along.
Maks Frei Latte – coffee with a blackberry daydream. An unusual combination that surprises – but only those who haven't tried it yet. A creamy latte based on double espresso, with the addition of blackberry syrup. The fruity accent doesn't drown out the coffee, it just plays with it on contrasts: light acidity, deep sweetness, and that characteristic blackberry note that stays on the tongue a moment longer. Maks Frei Latte is coffee for those who like thrillers and coffee with a twist. A bit of a fairy tale, a bit of an experiment, but above all – something that stays in memory.
Lavandulatte – peace in a cup, meaning latte with a lavender twist. This is a latte that isn't rushing anywhere. Classic espresso meets creamy milk and lavender syrup – delicate and floral. On top – a pinch of dried lavender, because it deserves a moment of attention. Lavandulatte is coffee for those who need a breath – not necessarily deep, but conscious. It tastes a bit like a warm evening in a garden, only served in a mug and with added caffeine. Subtle, unobtrusive, and definitely with character.

Cascara – tea from coffee that is not coffee (but a bit it is). Cascara is an infusion of dried coffee fruit skins – not from beans, but from what envelopes them. It sounds exotic but tastes surprisingly familiar: gently fruity, slightly plum-like, with notes of hibiscus, redcurrant, or dried apricot – depending on the batch and nature's mood. It doesn't have the power of an espresso but has caffeine and its own rhythm. Here brewed like a good tea – clean, without additives, so as not to disturb the flavors that play out beautifully anyway. Cascara is a drink for the curious – those who like coffee but sometimes want to step off the beaten path. And rightly so.
Green coffee – coffee before it went into the fire. This is an infusion of unroasted coffee beans – milder, more herbal, and definitely less bitter than classic espresso. It tastes a bit like a cross between a herbal infusion and a light, understated version of coffee. It has caffeine but works more gently, yet longer – without sudden peaks. Here brewed as it should be: clean, without additives, so you can feel what coffee is before it becomes dark, intense, and familiar. Green coffee is a curiosity but not a fad – ideal if you feel like something light yet still with character.
Inka Latte – a return to the taste of childhood, but in a barista version. Not espresso, but cereal coffee. Not caffeine, but gentleness. Inka Latte is classic cereal coffee brewed properly, with creamy milk and frothed foam – everything we like in a latte, just without the stimulation (except perhaps sentimental). It tastes like memories of mornings at grandma's but looks like café coffee – because it is. Delicate, slightly nutty, warming. Ideal for the youngest, for those without caffeine today, and for those who like to remind themselves once in a while that simplicity can also taste great.

Tea, but properly – brewed via drip, no dregs, no stress. Here tea isn't a kick from a bag, but an infusion from real leaves. We brew it in a drip brewer – so everything is infused as it should be, but the dregs stay where they belong: outside the mug. We have a choice that doesn't bore: from fresh fruit blends, through herbs that know about relaxation, to white and yellow tea – subtle, delicate, for those who don't want noise in their mug. There's also rooibos – caffeine-free, deep, honey-like. Something interesting for everyone, always brewed with care, without rushing – so the teas taste as if time had stopped for a moment.
Babyccino – coffee without coffee, for the youngest coffee drinkers. This is nothing more than properly frothed, warm milk in a small cup – no caffeine, no additives, but with the same foam as in mom's latte or dad's cappuccino. For children who want to drink "the same as adults", only without all that stimulation. Babyccino is a moment of shared ritual – because after all, coffee isn't just a drink, it's also a pretext for sitting together at a table. Here served with care, often with a bit of cocoa on top – if the little barista expresses such a wish.

Hot chocolate – real, not from powder. We make it as it should be made: from a real bar, not from a sachet. We slowly dissolve the chocolate in milk so it's thick, creamy, and honestly chocolatey – without shortcuts and without cheating the flavor. You can choose from three versions: dark, milk, white.
