  Creamy scrambled eggs made from three eggs with sour cream, browned shallot butter, two slices of our bread, and fresh parsley. A simple dish in our own style.

  Two eggs or natural tofu in a slow-cooked tomato sauce based on sofrito. Seasoned with our signature five-spice blend. Served with crispy homemade baguette, fresh coriander, scallions and mung bean sprouts, topped with toasted sesame. The flavor of classic shakshuka, bolognese ragù, and Vietnamese pho – all on one plate.

  Oven-baked, fluffy, creamy omelette with sautéed chanterelles, onion, and melted mascarpone. Served with crispy wheat-rye baguette, honey-garlic butter with salt, fresh spinach and dill, topped with nigella seeds. A taste of golden Polish autumn.
