This is a true, hidden gem of Turkish desserts, which you rarely taste outside of home. Unlike shortbread cookies, we make Şekerpare on the basis of semolina, which gives them an absolutely unique, soft and fluffy texture. Each cookie, topped with a crunchy hazelnut, is slowly poured over with a thick, aromatic syrup immediately after baking.
