Sample Primitivo of the highest quality DOC - Primitivo di Manduria. 100% Primitivo grapes from bushes grown in the traditional "Alberello" way are harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place on the skins for 25 days and then the wine matures for 4 months in oak barrels. The wine has a dark ruby color and a typical aroma of ripe fruit and spices. The taste is rich, structured and balanced with soft tannins.

No heavy wine, but a full complex taste of plum jam, cherries and blackberries in their refreshing form. Modern Primitivo full of energy from the youngest vineyards owned by this winery. Due to its fruity ripeness and residual sugar, we rank it among semi-dry.

An amazing combination of spicy fruitiness and rusticity of the Romanian Feteasca Neagra variety and the spicy depth of Syrah. As the name of the wine Promessa suggests, which translates as a promise – the promise of winemaker Aurelia to the consumer and lovers of Romanian wines, especially in the gentleness of working with grapes in the vineyards and their subsequent processing. In this great combination of tastes and smells, lighter notes of cherry with a memory of chocolate shoot out.

The wine is a blend of Blaufränkisch, which matured for 23 months in several small, medium and one large oak barrel. The aroma features notes of crushed cherries, blueberries, cocoa and almonds. The taste is significantly of cherry pit, which is the true character of Blaufränkisch from the Blue Mountains. The long aftertaste of the wine is complemented by the aroma of oak wood, which gives it a spicier touch in the form of liquorice, cardamom and cinnamon.

Basic, yet beautiful and full red from Romanian winemaker Aurelia. Typical Romanian variety Feteasca Neagra. Nomad is the basic range. Simpler, less structured, but very well and easily drinkable. Fruit wine, fresh, dry, flowery, well drinkable, lighter type with a mineral finish. The wine mostly comes from younger vineyards up to 15 years old and is created in stainless steel with fine stirring on the lees.

Pinot Grigio generally likes a cooler climate, so Veneto is an ideal area for its cultivation. Dry wine full of fruit, ideal for pairing with meals.

The intensive expression of dry mature Pinot Grigio combines beautifully with the rich taste of citrus and stewed pears. A spicier finish refreshes us with a slightly sweeter aftertaste. Already at the first smell you will feel the ripeness of the grapes. This Pinot only benefited from a three-month rest in a large oak barrel.

Extra Brut SEKT of the 2020 vintage from the ŠPALEK winery made by the traditional method of fermentation in the bottle, 18 months on the lees. Cuvée of Sauvignon, Grüner Veltliner and Riesling varieties.

Fresh and crisp prosecco with a beautiful scent of flowers and ripe fruit. In its aroma there are notes of apricot, citrus and gooseberry. The taste is fruity and elegant with a long, pleasant aftertaste and a dry finish.

100% Chardonnay variety gives the wine elegance, structure and at the same time softness and refinement. Pale gold color, fine long pearling. The aromatic is dominated by summer apple, citrus, tropical ripe pineapple with a piece of sweet, French brioche and fine balsamic. In taste, the wine is unusually rich and structured.

A mix of Muscat, Veltliner, Sauvignon, Welschriesling and other rascals from Honza Stávek's vineyards. Baked apple strudel, light cinnamon and pear on the nose and a fresh long acidity in the taste. Young, cheeky, naturally wild.

Cuvée Extra Dry is a combination of different grape varieties, but mainly Glera. It excels with fine pearling, fresh taste and lightness. Delicate fruity notes and slightly sweet taste.

Traditional Xarel-lo and Macabeo varieties and at least 6 months of maturation in the bottle. Light, fresh uncomplicated Cava with a citrus aroma, very fine pearling and fresh acidity.

Combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties. Bright pink color with peach reflections. In the aromatic stone fruit, cherries and raspberries. In the taste you will find black currant, grapefruit and cherry.
